The Kitchen

KushKations Sheridan is equipped with all new appliances. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving, your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware & dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation stay.

The Living Room

KushKations Sheridan is equipped with a 50’ Roku TV, setup with Hulu Live, a Pac-Man arcade, & Toke Table. All 420 friendly devices are sanitized in between reservations to ensure cleanliness.

Bedrooms

Both rooms have king-sized beds, a desk, and 32" tv with Hulu Live.

The Closets

All rooms are equipped with hangars as well as laundry baskets for dirty laundry. (make yourself at home!) The hallway closet is equipped with towels and extra pillows.

The Bathroom

KushKations Sheridan has one bathroom. Guests can find hair dryers, toothbrushes, and other items to use during your stay.

The Backyard

The backyard features a 5-seater hot tub, dining area, gas grill, privacy fence, as well as, outdoor lighting perfect for setting the mood for a relaxing night in.

Sloan's Lake Park is it is only 4 blocks from this home! Sloan Lake Park covers 290 acres of water and green space. It is the second biggest park in Denver and the city’s largest body of water. The park offers hiking, biking, birdwatching, fishing, boating and waterskiing, paddle-boarding, picnicking, public tennis and basketball courts, as well as, baseball, softball, and football fields. The main hiking trail is 2.6 miles long and typically takes 45 minutes to an hour walk around. Sloan’s park features expansive views of both the Rocky Mountains and downtown Denver! Visiting the lake is free as well as parking and most other amenities.
